eCardPro Refund & Payment Policy
eCardPro operates an on-demand, pay-as-you-go micro-wallet model. This policy describes how ₹50 wallet recharges, UPI QR payments, transaction verification, usage deductions, and refund requests are handled.
Effective Date: October 2026 • Version 1.3
This policy accurately reflects the technical implementation of eCardPro's UPI recharge and ledger verification workflow. Please review with your banking partner and legal counsel to ensure alignment with banking guidelines and local merchant regulations.
1. The ₹50 Micro-Wallet Model
eCardPro does not require expensive recurring monthly subscriptions. Instead, we use an on-demand digital wallet architecture:
- Recharge Amount: Wallets are recharged in fixed units of ₹50 via direct NPCI UPI QR code.
- Unlimited Free Card Views: Direct web views of published cards are 100% free and unlimited. Visitors can browse your card without drawing from your wallet balance.
- Account-Wide Pooling: Wallet funds belong to your account (individual or enterprise organization) and support all cards in your workspace.
2. Usage Deductions & Monthly Allowances
Funds are consumed strictly on an as-needed basis when interactive contact traffic exceeds the complimentary allowance:
Every account receives 5 free phone calls, 5 WhatsApp clicks, 25 email inquiries, and 50 social clicks each calendar month.
When the free quota is reached, ₹10 is deducted from your wallet to unlock an additional package (+10 phone, +10 WhatsApp, +25 email, +50 social clicks).
Server-side row locks process deductions sequentially from the ledger, preventing duplicate charges or negative balances.
3. Payment Workflow via UPI QR
Recharging your wallet uses direct UPI:
- Initiate Recharge: Select "Recharge ₹50" in your billing dashboard. A dynamic UPI QR code containing payee details and exact ₹50 amount is displayed.
- Scan & Pay: Scan the QR code using any UPI-compliant mobile application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED, or bank UPI apps) and complete the ₹50 transfer.
- Submit Reference (UTR): Enter the 12-digit Bank Reference Number (UTR) from your payment receipt into the verification form.
4. Payment Verification Lifecycle & What Happens After Payment
To safeguard financial accuracy, wallet credit occurs upon successful verification of your submitted Bank Reference Number:
Upon UTR submission, your order enters pending status. Verification is performed against bank settlement records, typically completed instantly during working hours.
Once receipt of the exact ₹50 transfer is verified, ₹50.00 is immediately credited to your account wallet and an immutable credit transaction is recorded in your ledger.
5. Pending and Rejected Transactions & Duplicate Submissions
Our payment handling safeguards prevent transaction confusion:
- Failed Payments at Bank: If your UPI app displays payment failed or transaction declined, no funds were transferred to eCardPro. Any temporary hold by your issuing bank is automatically reversed by the banking system according to NPCI timelines.
- Rejected Status & Reasons: A recharge order is marked with rejected status if the UTR format is invalid, does not match bank settlement records, transfer was cancelled or reversed, or paid amount does not match ₹50.
- Duplicate Submissions Guard: Each 12-digit UTR is unique. Submitting an already claimed or verified UTR a second time is automatically blocked by the system to prevent replay attempts.
6. Applicable Refund Conditions & Eligibility
We provide refunds under clear, transparent terms:
Unused Wallet Balance (7-Day Request Window)
If you recharged your wallet and have not consumed any usage blocks from that recharge, you may request a 100% refund of the unutilized recharge within 7 calendar days from the verification date.
System Duplicate Charges
In the event of a verified technical error causing multiple ₹10 deductions for a single contact interaction, the duplicate charge will be promptly re-credited to your wallet balance or refunded upon review.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Consumed usage blocks: Once a ₹10 block has been utilized to fulfill live phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or lead captures, the fee is non-refundable as the digital service has already been rendered.
- Terms of service violations: Accounts suspended for fraud, phishing, malicious scraping, or harassment forfeit remaining wallet balances.
7. How to Submit a Refund Request
Refunds are processed manually upon review. To initiate a refund request, submit an inquiry through our Contact Page with:
- Your registered eCardPro account email address.
- Recharge order date, time, and exact amount (₹50).
- The 12-digit Bank Reference Number (UTR) from your UPI transaction receipt.
- A brief description of your request reason.
Approved refunds are credited back to the source bank account or UPI VPA via banking channels within 5 to 7 business days. eCardPro does not provide instant automated payment reversals.
